For 3 years I have attended tournaments at this facility. Each year the front desk staff has been inconsiderate at best. They even went so far as to interupt a semifinal game and took almost 7 minutes off of the clock and changed the remainder of the game to a running clock. I am sure Kettler is great for learn to skate and stick and puck or whatever. But it is not worth having a tournament there. The ice is expensive and the desk staff is ignorant.
